Coach A. is the CEO and Head Coach of the USA Warriors Organization. He is a graduate of Father Lopez Catholic High School (Daytona Beach Florida), Lander University in Management & Marketing (Greenwood South Carolina) , a Masters from Erskine Theological Seminary (Due West South Carolina) and holds a post masters from Brook Army Medical Center in Clinical Chaplaincy (San Antonio Texas).
Coach A believes in developing players to excel on and off the field by instilling into his athletes a work ethic and self discipline to achieve greatness. He is originally from Orlando Florida where he would develop into a state ranked competitive swimmer in high school, holds the Connie Mack Summer high school league batting title of .650 average with a 75 game schedule, played point guard and a highly recruited baseball player. There he played in the Senior Little League World Series and was a catcher for the first 17 years of his career catching the eyes of Reds, Expos, Orioles and Yankees Organizations. He played for Chet Lemon (18 years, White Sox, Detroit, MLB) the "Juice". The program would produce some team mates of Coach A. such as Zack Grienkie (MLB), Prince Fielder (MLB) & Rickie Weeks (MLB) to name a few. There his middle infield trainers would become Barry Larkin (MLB, Reds), Bret Boon (MLB) and Joe Oliver (Catching Instructor, MLB Reds). Juan was latter groomed by the University of Central Florida as an upcoming catcher and received over 350 Division 1 Letters and turned down the Yankees professional league in Dominican Republic to maintain his mothers wishes to attend college. In 1998 Juan Sr. moved his company and son to Daytona to attend Father Lopez Catholic high who at the time was ranked the #2 high School Baseball program in the U.S behind Westminster Christian Academy in Boca Raton. There Rick Rhoden was a volunteer pitching coach who himself spent 18 years in the MLB with the Pirates. Coach Core was also Coach A.'s hitting coach and hitting advisor to Chipper Jones with the Atlanta Braves. During high school Coach A. Father had hired Olympic track coaches from the Bahamas National Olympic teach and trained 5 days a week on the beach. By his junior year in high school he was a projected top 5 round draft pick but unfortunate he attained a Librium tear in his right shoulder at a scout classic and his professional baseball career was over. By 2000 Coach A. started to focus on his hitting and posted a 520 batting average and was named first team all state. By then he received a division II baseball scholarship from Lander University where he would injury his right shoulder and under go 2 more surgeries. By 2006 Coach A was introduced to Kevin Nichols of Erskine College and was taught a new hitting style which would revolutionize his outlook in how he trained hitters. In 2006 he posted a respectable 400 average with a conference average of 498. By 2010 Juan was selected at 29 by the U.S Military All Stars to play on the Red, White & Blue Tour. In 2016 he launched his own program called the U.S Military Baseball Organization which has performed against the Orioles organization, The Texas Collegiate League and offers from the Boston Red Sox & Cal Ripken Summer Collegiate league and today has progressed to a post collegiate baseball program for high school and college players alike who play in honoring our nations colors. Coach A. The Military Baseball Organization which is today the USA WARRIORS has been recognized by MLB Radio with interviews and performances across North America. Coach A. served 15 years as a U.S Army and Navy Officer on active duty as a Captain, Airborne Paratrooper with 2 combat tours in Iraq & was nominated for the following:
Iraq Campaign Medal, Three Campaign Stars, Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal 2nd Award, meritorious Unit Commendation N national Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon, Combat Action Badge.

Coach A. is passionate about serving baseball, softball players & athletes to achieve their God given talents and to become the best version of themselves! Coach A. is also a professional dance instructor in the field of salsa, tango, swing, shag, waltz, country swing, bachata and ballroom concentrations. He believes developing balance, speed, strength, mechanics and the law of muscle memory.

Corey is our National Recruiting Director for The USA Warriors Collegiate Baseball Program. He is dedicated to leading our Sports Marketing Department in supporting our student athletes in succeeding at the professional level. He is the general sales manager at Broomfield Broadcasting that consist of Sunny 103.5 and Magic 102.7.
Army Veteran Pastor Nate has been in full time ministry for 7 years and involved in the Church in some capacity for the last 15. He is currently the Facilities and Safety Director and heading up Community Outreach at Newspring Church in Greenwood, SC. He is married to his wife Heidi and a parent to Morgan, Konstantine and Drake. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and sports fan. His real passion is shepherding young men to be the best version of themselves and to follow Jesus Christ, he believes that is the secret sauce to success and to loving the life that you live.
Thomas Eaton is the founder and Executive Director of the Charlotte Crushers Summer Collegiate Baseball and Prolific Post Grad Collegiate Baseball, which was created for players who wanted to compete at high level in a positive environment. That was conducted for growth and development. In his years as director and also as coach of the Crushers, he has seen over 100 student athletes go on to play at the next level. His teams have won state, regional, and national titles from 2001-2018.
.His Prolific Post Grad team helps young men who need that extra development in academics and athletics that were overlooked by colleges in order to get a college baseball scholarship.
Coach Eaton was also a recruiting coordinator for Johnson C Smith University from 2006-2013. He has coached 5 All American softball players and 5 Rookie of the Year players in the CIAA. His teams led the NCAA Division II in stolen bases and triples during his time there. They won one divisional title 2008 and he was named assistant coach of the year. Along with his duties at Johnson C Smith University he was a member of the National Fast Pitch Coaches Association.
Coach Eaton is a former associate baseball scout for the Kansas City Royals and Cincinnati Reds. He has players who are now playing professional baseball, and Independent Baseball
He is a graduate of Livingstone College with a degree in Sports Management and holds a Certificate from Groundskeepers University. He is also a graduate of the United States Sports Academy with a degree in Sports Coaching. He also is a board member of Metropolitan Junior Baseball League located in Richmond Virginia, member of the North Carolina Baseball Coaches Association and American Baseball Coaches Association.
He spends most of his time working with fellow premier baseball showcase organizations.
Coach Eaton resides in Port Orange, Florida with his wife Darlene and Dog Rosie.
The USA Warriors Collegiate Program is proud to have our two assistant coaches join the USA Warriors program. Trevor Lesane and Xander Vizcarrondo of Erskine College played at the NCAA Division II level putting up remarkable offensive and defensive numbers in the CVAC Conference. They are outstanding coaches and trainers dedicated to teaching our players how to perform at the next level.
Coach Hoot serves as our strength and speed coach in maximizing The USA Warriors Collegiate Baseball Team to the highest standards. He has placed multiple Division I and professional players into the next level.
